The catalogue every kitchen orders from. One list, estate-wide — an edit here changes it for every kitchen.

Possible duplicates

Two names for one item, found across the catalogue, Food Reference, stock and receipts. Merging moves everything to the name you keep, in every kitchen. Past orders keep the name they were ordered under.

Moderators choose from these lists when they write a dish. A term in use cannot be deleted — remove it from the dishes first.

Kitchen dish editors

Can add, edit and delete any dish or component in this kitchen.

Editors for one meal period

Can edit only dishes in the period you choose. Cannot touch components.
Which Home tiles people see is a site-wide setting — a super admin owns that one, not this panel.

Activity

Who changed what, and when. Since 2026-09-16 this covers every change to every kitchen table — stock, receiving, reference entries, the dish matrix, requisitions, accounts, permissions and settings — not only the ones that cannot be undone. It is written by the database itself, so a change made without going through a screen is recorded just the same.
This records changes to the database, whoever made them — but it can only name a person when the change came through the app. A change made directly against the database is still listed, marked Direct database with no name. Anything that happened before this log existed is not here at all.

Home Tile Visibility

Choose which Home tiles each role sees. Super Admin always sees everything.
This organises the Home screen — it is not a security control. A role still can’t use anything its permissions don’t already allow, and hiding a tile never takes a destination out of the tab bar.
Super admin — always visible. These settings never apply to your own Home, so a change here cannot be checked by looking. Sign in as the affected role to confirm it.
Where the app reads and writes. Estate-wide, and the one screen that can take every kitchen offline at once.

Calendar Feed

Lets each user subscribe to their own inventory expiry dates in their phone's Calendar app. Requires uploading calendar-feed.php — one file, from the repository root — to your own hosting first, then pasting its URL below.

Inventory Backups

Every kitchen's full inventory history (active, consumed & discarded) is backed up automatically each night and kept for 30 days. Links below are scoped to the kitchens you're assigned to.
